Man arrested after hitting his girlfriend because of Nicki Minaj

A man was arrested for breaking the jaw of his girlfriend after she criticized his favorite pop star, Nicki Minaj.

Scargill was accused by Matthew Kelly Towey to be angry after her complain about the “strange faces” of the singer from the United States during their performances.

The boy of 25 years then moved his girlfriend’s room to the bedroom where he threw a can of varnish nail in the wall, crushing the can and playing content on it.

Then he punched his partner of 24 years with such force that her jaw was broken and she needed a metal plate to put it in place.

The court in Manchester heard that the son of 18 months was agreed with the fight, which happened last night at her home in Chorlton, Manchester.

And finally he took her cell phone and charger for it not to ask for help.

Scargill, Wythenshawe, Manchester, admitted the fight and is now imprisoned for 18 months.

Towey is no longer dating him.

Simon Barrett, the court said that on September 21 last year the couple was celebrating after Ms Towey has been accepted into a college.

The couple drank several cans of cider when Minaj, who has her latest single “Pound the Alarm” is a top 10 hit, appeared on TV.

Towey said he did not like Minaj ‘faces because of what she did’, making Scargill, she girlfriend for eight weeks, into a sudden fury.

She told police: “Matthew started swearing at me saying that was why I had nothing, and I was jealous of her.”

Brendon O’Leary, defending, said that Scargill did not realize “the gravity of what he did” with the victim to shove it and take your cell phone.

He said the engineer “committed an offense which is completely out of character. He repents and wants to apologize. “

Foxy joined Nicki Minaj for an hour on his show Tuesday at the Roseland Ballroom, and she wasted no time telling his native Trinidad that she was “ahead of its time” when she released her third solo album in 2001 “Broken Silence”. “I really want to thank you for being one of my biggest influences in rap,” Nicki said on stage, later admitting that the time was also special for her and Foxy.

“I never told Foxy how much she influenced me and how much it changed my life, and you have to do to people while they are alive to receive praise, instead of doing a tribute to them when they are no longer here,” Nicki explained in a very honest moment. “I did not know how she felt about me – that class, with women, you have to be careful – and I’m happy to finally be able to say: ‘You have been a rapper who influenced me most.’”

While Minaj’s career continues to soar with the release of their two CDs “Pink Friday”, fans of the legendary rapper Lil ‘Kim accused the Young Money artist to steal the style of Kim, resulting in a fight. But to hear Nicki say this, that Foxy was really connected with her on a different level, and she has no problem in making this tribute.

“For her to be in my stage, it was exciting and she was thrilled,” Nicki said. “That’s what it is. When you get where you wanted, you should thank the people who opened doors and you put something in your head. When I found out that Foxy Brown was in Trinidad, it helped me. In my head, I felt that I could be proud of the place I was born. “
